Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Window: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: For health and safety reasons, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Verification: To process your request, please provide a photo or video showing the damage or the incorrect item received.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved after inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
